I am another victim of false 498a againse me and my innocent family.
With support of one another we can take this anti man law head on which is widely being misused in India.
Hi, I want to join this community to know more about Men rights. I am suffering mentally by my wife and I want to get rid out of it. But she is denying to sign on mutual consent divorce. How can I prove that, she is torturing me every time.
Me & my family harassment by my wife family & police relative.
Our marriage is arrange. None force her to marry with me & She married me due to self will. I think it’s becaz of law of attraction, But after marriage she failed to complete the roles & responsibility. She always fake that not feeling well & put the house work away. So she is continuously thinking how she can depress/disturb me & my career repetitively. She dominate as compare to her family & preference give to her family first. I feel guilty for this. She put all her things like cloths, jewellery, gold….etc in her house. She make decision as per her family told & do same, She had gone 8 to 10 times to her home without permission & return also.
For all this I want to suicide & end my life attempt same but not succeeded. Finally my friends told me to take suggestion from expert to save the life of my family. So I kindly request you to Pls suggest me on above issue on priority I am much frustrate.

I am can’t express my happiness to see a body who works in favor of men as well where in Women are of predominance in India since some random highlighted cases by Media.
I believe just because Men don’t get highlighted or come out to talk about there issues in open all the wrong doing to them is contained with in them or their family. I am one of such case where in my wife is taking unlawful advantage on me. She’s kept my kid away and has been away from me since 3 years and now she’s lodged a DV case against me, my parents, sibling and sister in law. I would really need some help if possible to leading things further and I am clueless to things as my wife and her parents are crooked in nature and they are trying to torment us as much as possible we are living down south and the case has been lodged in Bombay where they are settled as we are called every now and then. I am not able to concentrate on my professional life also. Please help.
